Our Story

K.J. Lyons is a penname for writers and sisters, Krystle and Jennifer Lyons. They’re East Coast girls living in a Midwest world who value faith and family.

They’re embarking on their publishing journey after finishing their first young adult mystery novel Sorrow Behind the Glass. Krystle is a reading paraprofessional at an elementary school. Jennifer works in marketing as a copywriter.

When they’re not writing, they enjoy spending time with family and their fur babies. You can find them curled up reading a good book, following their favorite vloggers, or trying to solve the next installment of their favorite mystery game.
